SURFACED is an answer engine optimization studio operating remotely. We have no public office address at present; all correspondence should be sent to contact@mysurfaced.com.
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.
Any engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work. Where a proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal governs for that engagement.
AI assistants and search engines are third-party systems we do not control. We do not guarantee specific citations, mentions, rankings, traffic or revenue outcomes. Anything stated about typical timelines is an estimate based on prior work.
The content, branding and design of this site belong to SURFACED. Deliverables produced for a client transfer to that client on full payment, unless a proposal says otherwise. Our underlying methods, templates and tooling remain ours.
Statistics we cite are attributed to their sources and reproduced in good faith. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party research or for external websites we link to.
Information you share with us during an audit or engagement is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the work.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
